About the service: Muwathaq aggregates publicly available job listings from official sources (employer and government career sites). We are not affiliated with, agents of, or endorsed by those entities; applications happen on the employers' own sites.

الأهلية والحسابات

ميزات المرشحين مخصّصة لمواطني دولة الإمارات؛ التحقق الحالي يعتمد على إقرار الجنسية والتحقق من رقم الهوية الإماراتية والتواجد داخل الدولة
تلتزم بتقديم بيانات صحيحة، وأنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات دخولك
الإقرار الكاذب بالجنسية يؤدي إلى حذف الحساب نهائيًا

Eligibility & accounts: candidate features are for UAE nationals; interim verification uses nationality attestation, an Emirates ID number check, and in-UAE presence. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. False nationality attestation results in permanent account deletion.

الاستخدام المقبول

يُمنع الاستخراج الآلي للبيانات، أو إساءة استخدام الخدمة، أو التقديم الاحتيالي، أو انتحال الهوية

Acceptable use: no scraping, service abuse, fraudulent applications, or impersonation.

لا نضمن الحصول على وظيفة، ولا دقة أو توفّر أو استمرار أي إعلان وظيفة — فالإعلانات مملوكة لأصحابها وقد تتغير أو تُغلق لديهم نبذل جهدًا معقولًا لعرض وظائف حقيقية وحديثة

No guarantee: we do not guarantee employment, or the accuracy, availability, or currency of any listing — listings belong to their owners and may change or close. We make reasonable efforts to surface genuine, current jobs.

أصحاب العمل

يحصل صاحب العمل على قوائم مرشحين مجهولة الهوية؛ ولا تُكشف بيانات تواصل المرشح إلا بعد موافقته الصريحة يُمنع استخدام البيانات لغير أغراض التوظيف

Employers: employers receive anonymized shortlists; candidate contact is revealed only after the candidate's explicit consent. Data may be used for recruitment purposes only.

علامة «موثّق» ومحتوى المنصّة مملوكان لنا تُذكر أسماء أصحاب العمل لأغراض تعريفية وقائعية (تجميع الوظائف) دون ادعاء أي ارتباط أو رعاية

Intellectual property: the Muwathaq brand and platform content are ours. Employer names are used nominatively for factual aggregation, without implying any affiliation or endorsement.

حدود المسؤولية والتعديلات والقانون الحاكم

تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي». لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي ضرر ناتج عن استخدامها إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط، ويسري استمرارك في الاستخدام كموافقة تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة

Liability, changes & governing law: the service is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damages arising from its use. We may update these terms, and continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
