Account Manager
Blue BearX is a boutique creative studio based in Dubai. We bring together strategy, branding, filmmaking and digital experiences to help businesses get noticed, understood and chosen. We’re looking for an Account Manager who can build strong client relationships, understand what a business needs and keep creative projects moving from the first conversation to final delivery. You’ll be the connection between our clients and our creative team: turning conversations into clear briefs, keeping expectations aligned and making sure everyone knows what happens next. What you’ll do · Own day-to-day client relationships, from onboarding and briefing through delivery and ongoing account development. · Understand each client’s business, audience and objectives, and translate them into actionable creative briefs. · Coordinate with strategists, designers, filmmakers and developers to agree on deliverables, responsibilities and timelines. · Lead client meetings, present work with the creative team, document decisions and follow through on next steps. · Consolidate client feedback into clear direction and secure approvals at the right stages. · Track project progress, budgets and scope. Raise risks early and agree on changes before additional work begins. · Support proposals, estimates and project planning with the relevant team members. · Identify opportunities for repeat work and account growth based on genuine client needs. · Keep client records, opportunities, approvals and project updates organised in our CRM and project management tools. What we’re looking for · Experience in account management or client services within a creative agency, branding studio, production company or digital agency. · Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills. · The ability to ask useful questions, clarify vague requests and write a clear brief. · Experience coordinating several projects while keeping track of deadlines, feedback and approvals. · Commercial awareness and confidence discussing budgets, scope, priorities and expectations. · Sound judgment when handling difficult feedback or competing demands. · Strong written and spoken English. · Confidence using CRM and project management tools. Useful additional experience Experience with branding, video production, motion graphics, websites or advertising campaigns would be valuable. Familiarity with UAE/GCC clients and Arabic-language communication is a plus. What success looks like Clients feel informed and understood. The creative team has clear direction. Projects move through agreed milestones, changes are managed properly, and strong relationships lead to repeat business.
