Role Description The Driver Van Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The role involves driving company vans to deliver products to retail outlets and customers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of orders. The Driver Van Sales team member is responsible for loading and unloading goods, managing stock in the vehicle, and maintaining proper documentation such as delivery notes and invoices. The role also includes basic sales activities, such as presenting products, collecting payments, and building positive relationships with customers. Daily tasks include vehicle inspection, adherence to safety and traffic regulations, and coordination with the sales and warehouse teams to meet delivery and sales targets. Qualifications - Valid UAE driving license for light vehicles and proven experience as a delivery or van sales driver. - Ability to handle basic sales duties, including product presentation, cash handling, and customer interaction. - Strong knowledge of Dubai roads and areas, with the ability to plan efficient delivery routes. - Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. - Physical ability to load, unload, and move goods safely, following company safety procedures. - Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills for managing invoices, delivery notes, and stock counts. - Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible hours as required by operations. - Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution environments is an advantage.
