About the Role As a Lobby Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating memorable first impressions through warm hospitality, personalized interactions, and genuine care. You will play a key role in ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and connected throughout their visit. Key Responsibilities - Welcome and engage guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. - Assist with guest inquiries and coordinate with hotel departments to meet guest needs. - Maintain an inviting and organized lobby environment. - Anticipate guest expectations and deliver exceptional service experiences.
